New Zoom webinar not showing in management UI

New Zoom webinar not showing in management UI

(There is a long thread that might have answers. It's hard to read through all of it. Hoping for a focused conversation here.)
  • I am a Ward Tech Specialist.
    I can log into meet.churchofJesuschrist.org.
    I also have the credentials and can log into our church provided, ward Zoom account.
    Webinars created in Zoom do not show up in the meet management interface. "No events scheduled."
    I follow the instructions at https://tech.churchofjesuschrist.org/wi ... m&lang=eng
    No webinars I create in Zoom show up in the meet management UI.
What else should I try? Where can I get help?

Just as a thought, verify with your STS that the zoom account you're using is assigned to your unit. He can check meet.churchofJesuschrist.org from his login to check.

It's possible someone didn't take care to make sure the information handed out matched the assignment since they all do the same thing.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
