I'd suggest using the Meetinghouse Locator to find what ward you belong to and send an email to the bishop.
Be sure to type in your address as the default location is likely a ways off.
Not all stakes carry conference. With so many members having cable and high speed internet, the attendance can be quite low causing some to discontinue the practice.
