Home teaching

“The teacher’s duty is to watch over the church always, and be with and strengthen them;” D&C 20:53.

The purpose of home teaching is to strengthen and watch over Church members and is a priesthood responsibility. The elders quorum, high priests group and priests are organized into districts and companionships, each being responsible for teaching and caring for several households. [1]
