MLS user problem

MLS user problem

Our clerk computer does not recognize any user. Cannot log in to MLS for tithing submission. Situation is unchanged for 2 weeks. The internet will allow me to log in to Chrome, LDS.org, so it is not an internet access issue, rather seems to be MLS only. No users come up under the search box.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:lds.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

The reason I deleted/redacted the email address and phone number is because this is a public forum visible to anyone on the internet, even without an LDS Account. Also, because this is a user-to-user discussion forum, if the document already posted does not solve the problem, my suggestion would be to use the official help/support channels. IIUC, wards and branches contact stake clerks as the first level, and after that the Global Service Center.
