MLS will not transmit

It has been 3 weeks and have not done Tithing as we cannot transmit. I have contacted Kingston District IT guy but no results. Internet works as obvious with this message. I have rebooted many times. rsbush@live.ca

What is the error message? Odds are, you'll have to contact support.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
