External Links Not Working

I am using external links to link to the gospel library app. It works fine on iOS, but has an issue on Android.

gospellibrary://content/scriptures/nt/matt/1.1-12

It load the app, and even goes to the New Testament. But will not go to matthew or any further.

Is this a known issue, or do I need to be doing something different on Android?

I'm seeing this problem as well. I'd recommend sending feedback under Settings. In the meantime, one of these links should work:
gospellibrary://content/scriptures/nt/matt/1?id=p1-p12#p1
https://www.lds.org/study/scriptures/nt/matt/1?id=p1-p12#p1

The link format has changed, but the app should still support incoming links in the old format for backwards compatibility.

Links like gospellibrary://content/scriptures/nt/matt/1.1-12 should work now, in Gospel Library 5.1.

The thread title use of "external links" had me excited to see if that functionality had been added to GLA 5.1.

Live external links in annotations. Links that connect directly from other GL platforms still have to be copied from GLA and pasted into a browser.
