The forum is primarily user-to-user support. We seldom have anyone who can do anything about these issues visit the forum. Your best recourse to get your input to those who can take action is to use the feedback link found at the bottom of the LDS.org or other church sponsored website pages. If you do not find the link on the page with the issue, then use the link found on the LDS.org home page, or any other LDS.org page with a feedback link. The feedback will be routed to the correct people, office, or department. Do not expect to get a personal response to your feedback since there are so many feedback messages that makes it impractical to respond. They prefer to put the effort into working on the issues they receive.

Have you tried finding your answer on the LDS.org Help Center page or the LDSTech wiki?

Ah-ha! I just learned that clicking on and enabling "New Experience" at the top-center of the page, just below "Share the Gospel" resolved the pop-up issue for me! Try it, see if it works for you.
