I' m having some problems with the FHC computers. There are some blocked images, with a key icon. When we try to access, a message appear: " To view the images, you must choose one of the following options: Access the website at a family history center ou Access the site in a FamilySearch affiliated library."
We've already installed Tivoli, used the FHC Tool (we run the file portal), but nothing changed.
Can someone help me?

Are you connected to the regular meetinghouse internet, or the family history center internet? I think they have different firewalls / configurations.
