Try going into Setttings > App Details and pulling down on the screen. That should force a content update. What English catalog version does it have listed under App Details?

203 is the latest English catalog version as of today. Are you sure you don't have October 2018 as the first item in the General Conference section?

The October 2018 General Conference still won't appear, it will appear in the November editions of the Liahona and Ensign magazines, I don't understand why the app won't update.

It should be there by now. I'd recommend contacting the support team under Settings > Send Feedback.

I’m having the same issue on same version of iOS and app version. Must be a bug.

I have the exact same problem. I just don’t see Oct 2018 Conference at all. I don’t see a prompt to download it. I try refreshing, restarting, looking around in settings nothing. Please help!

What version of Gospel Library are you using (you can check at the bottom of Settings)? I'd recommend sending in-app feedback using the Send Feedback link in Settings. That will gather basic diagnostic info about your device and send it to the support team for troubleshooting.

I’m using a 2018 iPad 9.6 with the latest version of the app and I am missing October 2018 as well.

Try switching to a different content language under Settings, then back to English – that should force the view that shows the list of books to reload.
