Deaf bible?

deafbiblesociety.com
(based in Arlington TX)
(don't know about accuracy, or meet LDS approved, but these are the only "signed" languages of the Bible in app form currently available for Deaf persons)

Very informative on the challenges Deaf persons face in access to/comprehension of the Bible.

If The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints decides to do a Bible in ASL, I would recommend including visual aids-pictures/photos/illustrations-to help their comprehension of things (ex.Psalms, Proverbs, Parables) w/explanation of what things/symbols represent.

Another resource to possibly look into for "printed" version of "signed" languages (for developing a Bible) is www.signwriting.org
