Our 1st and 2nd Counselor were entering donations and the power went our right before they finished. They thought they had lost the donation batch so they re-entered the donations. However, the first batch was not lost, so they ended up entering the same donations twice. Is this something we can fix here or do we need to contact the Church headquarters and have them correct? If we can fix locally, can someone let me know how? Thanks!

If both batches were transmitted, you probably will need to contact the Global Service Center to have one of them deleted.
