Xbox Beta

Cannot get past the initial login screen, then receive "an unknown error has occured" . Unable to access the details section of error screen, appears blank. App was terrible for the longest time, but this release was proving very stable until this. App worked great until Tuesday evening.

Platform: xbox one S. App receives error residing on either external or internal drives.

Beta is beta, after all. We made our beta available toward the beginning of our development progress, so it was a true beta test, rather than a large piece of a marketing campaign, like many companies these days seem to use "betas" for.

App receives error residing on either external or internal drives.


I'll bring up the inability to expand/dismiss the error dialog box in the meeting with the rest of the team of volunteers working on the app today. That should definitely be fixed before release, which we're getting pretty close to now. In the mean time, it may be best to reinstall the app to get it up and running again.
