All my information is correct and I still can't get into my account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Contact your ward clerk for the number. The GSD will only speak directly to the affected member, for this type of issue.

I have no idea what you're talking about. The only email this forum creates is for PMs received or for replies to a thread you've posted in. But since this is your first post, that seems unlikely.

I'm not aware of any other emails that would send you here. Perhaps something related to "MyCalling" which can be changed at account.churchofjesuschrist.org
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
