I'm not sure why I'm getting this message because I am running the latest version of Java and MLS:
MLS version: 3.9.0_24004
(this is the same version that is currently listed on https://www.lds.org/help/support/mls-download)
Java version: Version 8 Update 171 (build 1.8.0_171-b11)
(this is the same version that is listed on https://java.com/download)
What am I missing?
MLS will no longer run on this version of Java

Re: MLS will no longer run on this version of Java
MLS uses it's own install of java. It won't use what you install. The patches won't update that install of java.
The fix is to download the full install of MLS and install over the top.

I am also having this issue and have the latest 3.9 version of MLS. Please explain what you mean by "install over the top."

Do NOT uninstall. Just download and run the install and let it update the existing install. In effect, installing on top of.rickpate99 wrote:Please explain what you mean by "install over the top."
