1) When performing send/ Recieve on MLS, "error 2 - Not Authorize" is displayed

Most likely, you'll have to call support and get the security reset.

That can happen if someone restores the database, moves MLS to a new computer, or otherwise messes with things. Occasionally, it seems to do it on it's own.
