When I click on an email adress in directory I get a pop up message that reads "default mail client is not properly installed" How do I correct this?

You need to configure your web browser to change the Mail to: hyperlink default. Unfortunately most web browsers use the operating system default for e-mail clients included with the distribution or office suites. Windows XP will be either Windows Live or if MS Office is installed MS Outlook. Here are links to some websites that describe how to change some web browser's handling of the Mail to: link.

I am a Bishop's Storehouse manager trying to get OUTLOOK 2007 access to the storehouse ldschurch.org account on a new laptop (laptop crashed that had access). Is there a reference document for this?

Typically installing a mail program on the computer (like Outlook) takes care of the "mailto" tag automatically.
Where it becomes a problem is when you use a webpage for the email as nothing is installed on the computer.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Are you referring to LDS Mail on LDSmail.net? There is some help at the LDSmail.net sign-in page in FAQ>Technical Support>Question 3.orionw wrote:I am a Bishop's Storehouse manager trying to get OUTLOOK 2007 access to the storehouse ldschurch.org account on a new laptop (laptop crashed that had access).
