Didn't see this in any other thread, but as Ward Clerk, I recently sent an email message to all members of our Ward and the email message used my full name(first, middle, last) in the "From" rather than my preferred name.
Why is that? In some cases, member may get an email from someone they do not recognize because the person might not go by their full name.
