Unable to make changes to my lds account. For instance password change.

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Unable to make changes to my lds account. For instance password change.

Whenever I open account.lds.org, and after I have signed in, I am asked to enter a code from the lds authenticator application. I don't use the application anymore and I don't remember any code. I need to also change my password urgently. I wish I could disable that feature from my account so that I could just login in with my password. I need help.

I'd get in contact with the ward clerk to have him put you in touch with support.

Note that are not open on the weekend, so I'd call him ASAP.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
