Font size printing ministering interview list

has anyone had problems with the font changing to really small when printing? I havent had this problem until now and havent been able to figure it out I'm just trying to print my ministering interviews the font is so small i can hardly read it i tried to get my secretary to print in, but its small for her to .. any ideas?
