Using Fast Offerings to purchase garments

Can I as ward clerk purchase garments on store.lds.org for a needy member, and then change the IROP expense category from Distribution Center Charges to Fast Offering?

I'd like to bump here as I'm also looking for an answer to this question. We have already purchased the garments for the members, and the charges have shown up online for our unit. Is there a way to have them charged to fast offerings? The finance website just lists them as "Distribution Center Charges."

In MLS, I clicked the view/update expenses within Finance, open the IROP expense, and then change the source of the funding to Fast Offering, and name the recipient. This is not available to me via LCR as yet.

It's in the current beta test so it will be in the next Finance release.

As a Bishop, I want to use fast offerings to purchase garments for one of my ward members. Deseret Book told me there's a form online that I'm supposed to use that's similar to the Bishop's Storehouse form but I can't find it.
