How do we add companionships and who they visit?

Log in to LCR, Select the Ministering tab in the grey bar and then select either Elders Quorum or Relief Society.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Add District" button (lower right) if you want to add a District.
At the bottom of each district (right side) is a link to "Add Companionship."
I'm not sure, but I think you have to add the companionship first, then add families to the companionship.

If you are using a couple, you need to start with the spouse in your organization (sister for RS and brother for EQ) then you can add their spouse as a companion.
The circle with three dots in it to the right of each District and each companionship gives you additional options (printing, etc).

Our Relief Society Ministering Secretary is unable to access the “reports” in the Ministering section of Leader and Clerk Resources since The time of her calling this past month. She has two callings. When she logs in she can access the”reports” under the Family History part of her calling but when She switches to Ministering, the reports tab isn’t there. Any suggestions as to what we need to do so that she can access “reports”?

I think Ministering has its own tab – not under reports.

What reports is she expecting to see that she isn't seeing? She should see a "Ministering" item in the menu with three items:
Minstering - Elders Quorum
Ministering - Relief Society
Reports - Ministering Assignments

Under Ministering, there is not a reports tab. Reports are created using Print options. Even in the Ministering Assignments link under Ministering > Reports any report is generated with the Print button.

This is ALWAYS my go-to answer...
kisaac wrote:Sometimes sitting with them and watching them log in and try to access the areas might give you an idea of the problems... user errors or actual access errors.
However:
Under the "reports tab" in LCR as a ministering secretary (logged in UNDER THAT CALLING if given that option, not her FH calling) there are only standard membership reports... Members listing, members moved in, etc. These are helpful to ministering secretaries for obvious reasons, which is why a Ministering secretary can access them.

But:
Under the Ministering tab you will find your ministering tools, labeled:
-Elders Quorum
-Relief Society
Reports (heading only)
-Ministering Assignments

There isn't a listing of dedicated reports like the membership reports under the bed"reports" tab as she might be expecting. In each of those menu options, you pull up lists on-screen, and select filtering choices, and then use the PRINT option button (right side of screen) to obtain the report you need. Mailing labels and emailing options are also done this way.

If you are accustomed to a "list of available reports", you might be overlooking how to obtain the specific data you need.

I would start with the description in question 9 of the "Additional Frequently Asked Questions" for ministering.
If leaders find that additional help is needed, they can counsel with their bishop about calling one or more ministering secretaries. These ministering secretaries may be assigned, for example, to schedule ministering interviews and to help prepare a quarterly report of interviews.

Please see the post just before yours. The best person to ask this question of is your local leader if the information there does not provide enough detail.
