Recording calling when an annotation exists
How do you give a calling to someone with an annotation? The reason for the annotation will not affect the calling.

Re: adding a private annotation to a membership record
The bishop would have to record it. If it doesn't allow it, then I'd suggest he talk with the stake president. If the stake president doesn't know, then he can consult with his "upline" (immediate presiding authority).roger.schiess wrote:How do you give a calling to someone with an annotation? It's possible that it may have to be recorded by CHQ after approval.

If the reason for the annotation will not affect the calling, you just extend the calling, sustain the member, and record it. It does not have to be recorded by the bishop.roger.schiess wrote:How do you give a calling to someone with an annotation? The reason for the annotation will not affect the calling.
If Church headquarters has determined that the annotation and the calling are not compatible, you will not be able to record the calling.
