Patriarchal Blessing not loading

I got my blessing in January and requested it in June. When I go an click on my blessing the page loads, but then it will say error, no data. I don't understand what's happening because I have a blessing. And the page will load, the page with the words just won't load. What can I do to get another copy of my blessing?

Does your LDS Account have your membership record number associated with it? A quick way to check is if you're able to see your ward in the LDS.org Directory.

Yes! I've been a member 9 years!

You might try a different web browser, or clearing the cache on the one you are using. It sounds as if the browser may not be displaying the page properly.

And do check that your membership record number is actually attached to your LDS Account sign in. You can be a member and still not have done that when you set up your LDS Account. You'll know it is okay if you see the Directory for your ward.
