myseminary app

Our seminary leaders have told students that there is a myseminary app for android.
I have never heard of it, and neither has our Stake Technology Specialist (although in fairness, I don't think SLC tells STSs anything about new developments). I am being asked where students can find it and I can't find a thing.
Has anyone seen it ? have a link to it?

I see some things in the Play Store that might be helpful for a Seminary student, but nothing called a myseminary app. And I have not heard anything about it until now.

A quick Google suggests that it's not a smart phone app but a webpage "app": https://myseminary.lds.org

"The audience for this app is parents of seminary students. Parents, please make sure you are logging in using your own LDS account and not the LDS account of your child"
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I believe the Android app you are looking for is called LDS Seminary and Institute https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... rg.lds.sni

It's called the LDS Seminary and Institute app.
It can be found by searching that name in iTunes or the corresponding Android App Store. My stakes parents have successfully used both versions.

I must have put in the wrong password in the “LDS Seminary & Institute” app now the screen opens to “invalid_client Client authentication failed” message. How can I access it again?

I didn't change my password at all and have the same message. I even uninstalled, cleared cache/data and reinstalled the app. At this point, I'm wondering if there's a bigger problem within the system rather than my individual acct.

Help would be appreciated as the app is the easiest way to input seminary attendance. :)

I think the [invalid_client Client authentication failed] error was fixed yesterday afternoon (fingers crossed). See this thread:
