I input my member number and it says that I already have an account.
I cannot update my account

Use the "Forgot your username?" link to recover the account with the membership number and work from there.joshpress wrote:I cannot update my account

Mine is saying the same thing. I can't log in to get my membership number, but strangely it let me log in to post here? Help please?

Most likely you have two LDS Accounts – one of them tied to your membership record number, and the other not. Go to http://ldsaccount.lds.org/recovery and recover the account that's tied to your membership record number, by using the membership record number recovery option.debbiestoner wrote:Mine is saying the same thing. If you do not know your membership record number and you still need it to recover your account, check with your ward clerk. It will also be on your temple recommend if it was recorded correctly there.debbiestoner wrote:I can't log in to get my membership number, . . .
