In my Ward the Bishop definitely does, but I don't know if his Counsellors do.

On the stake level, stake presidents have access, as well as clerks and assistant clerks. Likely counselors, but I'm not sure. The Access Table hasn't been updated.

I see the Finance link, but when I click it I get a blank page that keeps loading.

EDIT: Nvm, finally appeared after 5 min.

This is great. And it may already be in the roadmap, but if any developers are looking in: how about the ability for bishops and finance clerks to electronically sign the unit financial statements?

I think that would create more of an incentive for bishops (especially) to review the online statements and to get them reviewed and signed in a timely manner.

I personally think this is a wonderful idea, and I suspect it is on the roadmap for the future. (This is just a personal guess. I have no official insight into what is actually coming.)

You might wish to include this suggestion in a Feedback link at LDS.org, since the developers rarely look at this Forum.
