There's a log we have access to?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Yes Russell, we do have a log. If you go into TM and go to the router you want to look at and then click on console. About in the middle of the page, you will see a button labeled show log.

One other suggestion for diagnostic information. An assistant stake technology specialist should be able to turn all the wireless off through software. If they disable all the wireless for a Sun does that prevent the problem? People need to be warned ahead of time they won't have wireless that Sun. Most buildings have at least 2 wireless hubs. Does shutting one of them down help?
