Callings in MLS not showing up on lds.org

I have multiple callings in MLS not showing up on lds.org. One particular area is causing problems for our family history consultants, who are trying to register for the LDS RootsTech Conference. The conference provides unique registration benefits for people serving in these callings when they register online, and the only way the conference recognizes that they are serving in these callings is via lds.org. Anyone else having these issues?

I have multiple callings in MLS not showing up on lds.org.

Several things to check:

• Make sure that the callings are standard callings (not custom callings).
• Check on CDOL to see if the callings show up there. If they are in CDOL but shown with orange text, then they are custom callings.
• If callings are in MLS, but not on CDOL, follow the instructions for Correcting duplicate or missing callings.
