Unable to view full time missionaries contact info
We have 2 sets of full time missionaries in our ward. Their contact information is readily available on the lds.org~directory. However, we can not view the missionaries contact info on the lds tools app. How do we fix this problem?

There is not a one-to-one correspondence between the features on LDS.org's Directory and the LDS Tools mobile application. Features are gradually added to LDS Tools, but we don't know the details of what is coming.
You're certainly welcome to use the feedback feature in the mobile app to suggest that such a feature be added.
