Stack 3.1.7 Released!

The Java Stack team is pleased to announce an upgrade to the Java Stack platform. If your project is currently using Java Stack Platform 3.1.x, we encourage you to upgrade in order to leverage the latest fixes and enhancements to Java Stack modules and third-party libraries.

The current stable production release is now 3.1.7. To upgrade a current Stack 3.1.x project, simply change the version of stack-master in your project's parent pom to version 3.1.7.

This release has made the following library upgrades:
  • Upgraded Apache CXF to version 2.3.9
  • Upgraded Jackson API to version 1.9.4
  • Upgraded WebDriver to version 2.19.0
The following Stack modules were upgraded to include minor new features and/or bug fixes:
  • Stack Atomikos upgraded to version 3.0.2
  • Stack LDS Account upgraded to version 3.0.9
  • Stack LDS Account Spring upgraded to version 3.0.13
  • Stack MarkLogic upgraded to version 1.1.2
  • Stack Maven upgraded to version 1.0.3
  • Stack QA WebDriver upgraded to version 3.1.6
  • Stack Security Web upgraded to version 1.0.5
  • Stack Swing - for basic swing client development
  • Stack Tcat API upgraded to version 1.1.9
  • Stack Tcat Deploy upgraded to version 1.1.9
  • Stack Test upgraded to version 1.1.0
  • Stack Tomcat upgraded to version 1.0.7
  • Stack Test Unit upgraded to version 3.0.2
  • Stack Utils upgraded to version 3.1.3
  • Stack Web Version upgraded to version 1.0.2
  • Stack Web Spring upgraded to version 3.0.5
The following bugs and enhancements were fixed:
  • STACK-3878 Test runner exits with error code in CMC
  • STACK-3887 Update cxf, selenium, and jackson
  • STACK-3894 acceptCount property in Connector element of server.xml has a typo
  • STACK-3858 Difficulty running wamulator with move to deploy project
  • STACK-3873 getMemberUnitNumber() returns null if the policy-lds-role header is not requested by the application
  • STACK-3782 Figure out a way to plug WAM back door
  • STACK-3916 Improve TestUtil error message (reports object creation fails instead of test fails)
  • STACK-3920 lds-account:intercept-url does not support the method attribute
  • STACK-3844 Jar signer certificate has expired for stack-starter artifacts.
  • STACK-3623 DefaultLdsAccountDetailsFactory gives annoying error message when parsing ldsPOSv2 attribute even though I'm not providing that header.
  • STACK-3744 Use eclipse groovy compiler plugin to fix stub generation errors.
