Meta data that is hard coded?

When ever I download an audio or video file of General Conference there is a number that is hard coded into the audio and video files.

It is the same number for each. Example; Elder Uchtdorf's talks in Oct. 2017 General women meeting. The number 40 is at the beginning of both files.

I can change the file name BUT: When I import the file into iTunes it changes the name back to the Default: 40 Dieter F. Uchtdorf.mp4

How can I change that?

Someone somewhere knows how they do this and how to change it.

Thanks for any and all suggestions!

iTunes stores MP3s using the track number (which iTunes imports as 40) and the name of the track (Dieter F. Uchtdorf). You can edit the track number or track name by going to Edit > Song Info in iTunes, or selecting the song in iTunes and using the keyboard shortcut Command-I. If you change the track title or track number, the MP3 file will be renamed based on what you set.
