Mobile number changed and can't log in to 2 step authentication to change it

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Mobile number changed and can't log in to 2 step authentication to change it

I can't find the QR code to set up the 2 step authenticater and changed my phone number and so can't fix it by text message. What can I do to get into my account settings?
