Unable to log into Ward Directory

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Unable to log into Ward Directory

I have tried logging into my ward and Stake directory and it is not working, what do I need to do

Your post was split into a new topic as it's a different subject.

Since you seem to be able to log in here, it suggests the problem is that your Membership Record Number (MRN) is not recorded on your Church Account. I'd suggest going to settings.churchofjesuschrist.org and update your account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
