Changes to email, phone number in account profile not being saved

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Changes to email, phone number in account profile not being saved

I'm trying to change my email address and phone number but even though I hit Save after making the changes it does not retain the changes after I log out and then log back in.
