Good day,
I've been trying to help someone recover her lds account but every time we try to choose an option for recovery the system says that "this recovery option is not available for this account." The original user of the account already forgot the email & phone number she used on her first log in to the church' account. And it's been a long time since she last opened it. We also chose the MRN option but the code was being sent to her old email account which she can no longer remember. What should we do? Thank you!

It sounds like she might need to talk with her ward clerk. He has access to the GSC. They can resolve difficult situations that cannot be solved otherwise.
