There's been some progress in renaming LDS Account to Church Account. More changes are coming to move services to the new domain.
I renamed the Forum today.
The Tech Forums are available on both domains. Eventually the lds.org version will redirect to the churchofjesuschrist.org version.

I see they've changed the banner when you log in to the settings, but the login page still seems to be "LDS Account". Even after a Ctrl-F5.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
