security code doesn't work

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. security code doesn't work

I updated my new email address and the system sent me a security code. When I the code it said it was incorrect. I verified it was the right code and it still wont' let me in
