No change to password

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I didn’t change my password. You sent me a message that said it was changed. Please explain

i don't want my password to change... was trying to get on lds tools and couldn't. please help it reset and stay the same!
