account information
the first name in my account information is incorrect. How do I edit my account information?

Your first name comes from your membership record. To change that you will need to contact your ward clerk to update your membership record. Be aware that you also have an LDS Account display name. You can change that in your LDS Account profile.

Yes and no. It depends on where you're looking. There are parts that are not synced from the membership record and the member has no way of updating it.jdlessley wrote:Your first name comes from your membership record.
But the answer is the same - contact the ward membership clerk. If it's not in the membership record, they'll need to contact support to have the account updated.
