Deleting an account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Deleting an account

I was trying to set up an account for my husband and now I think he had already set up an account.

Is it possible to delete all accounts and start over?

You can recover the account with his membership record number (MRN) by following the instructions to use the MRN recovery method described in the first thread of this forum.
