Password recovery/reset

I am trying to help my son reset/recover his password for his seminary test tomorrow but his account syncs to an old phone number we do not have access to . His account username is XXXXXXXXXXXX. He was originally unsure of his username and we recreated his account. we then discovered the old username but cannot access it due to the old phone number. Please advise.

You can recover the password using the membership record number (MRN) method. This recovery method does not require a telephone number. It only requires the MRN and his birth date.

I tried to use his MRN and it stats that the recovery function does not work for this member. the only one that seems to work is an old phone number. Is there some one I can call?
