Membership number
I am a fairly new member. My records were transferred when I moved but have not been able to locate them for some time now. Is there a way to get my membership number some other way?

If it's not already on your LDS Account, you can get it from your temple recommend (if you have one), or if at any time the clerk has given you an IOS (a full-sized piece of paper with your information on it. Sometimes handed out during tithing settlement.)
Otherwise, you're going to have to contact your clerk. If the records are not in the ward, they can request them. They don't have to be "found" - usually all he needs is your full name and birthdate and the computers do the rest.
