recovered account wont accept mrn /birthdate

recovered account wont accept mrn /birthdate

Hi,

I recently recovered my account and I am getting the error messaged posted in the forum yesterday, "can not be used or is associated with another account etc". Ive recovered the account, why wont it accept my MRN?
