Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

I had selected not a member to initially set up my account because I did not have my record number. I have my record number and now I can't change my status. I have searched threads and there are a lot of people with the same issue. There is no link or instruction on how to do it. I am posting again in hopes someone knows. I have tried to go to my account page but there is no option there. Thanks!

I don't have a definitive answer, but I'd start by going to account.LDS.org.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
