Two-step verification

My husband cannot get into his lds account, as a two-step verification message pops us requiring him to enter a code. The code is being sent to a US phone number which is disabled. We are living in Australia and he has updated lds tools with the Australian phone number.

He has not authorized a two-step verification process. Can you please unlock his account?

He will most likely need to contact the Global Service Center. Your local ward clerk will be able to tell you how to make contact.
