As I was setting up my child's account, I wrote my email address wrong. So verifications are being sent to the wrong email address. I am not able to change the email address. I had not included a phone number, so I cannot receive a text verification either. What should I do?

I'm facing a nearly identical problem here. My father-in-law had an account created by someone in the ward over a decade ago. The creator used his email address and told my father-in-law to change it when he logged on (he's never logged on). Now, we have no method to invalidate the account and re-provision it using new credentials. We need a method to recreate accounts from scratch.
