MRN # issues

I think i already made an lds account before when i was younger but i made a new one because i couldn't access my old account. I never tried putting my MRN #in my new account because it never asked me (i created my new account a few years ago) but now since i wanted to request an online copy of my patriarchal blessing and it asked me for my MRN # it said that the MRN i typed in was already owned by someone/is aready in use or something like that. I think they were referring to my old account How do i fix this? I don't remember any informaton about my old lds account and i don't know how to make lde.og accept my new account. I need help please. Thank you ery much
