Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

You have another account that is associated with your membership record number. Go to https://ldsaccount.lds.org/ and click on the "Forgot your username?" link. We have a sister in our ward that has two username and it says her membership record doesn't exist when she tries to setup the account. How can we get this reset?
