trying to create an account.

I am trying to create an account for my son , I put in his member # and birth date and then i get this message : Either the MRN and/or Birth Date is not valid or the account already exists. What do I do?

1. Check to see if the member record number and birth date are correct on the membership record
Ask your ward clerk for an individual ordinance summary

2. Check to see if an account already exists
