I need help with saving my personal information on my LDS account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

You may need to seek assistance from your ward or branch clerk. You can see your LDS account information by logging in to https://ldsaccount.lds.org

Are you saying that when you try to update that information you cannot save it? Some information can only be updated by the ward or branch clerk.
